    (junior) QUALITY CONTROL and R&D OFFICER

    Are you a professional, who has knowledge of food and the microbiology of food? Do you have knowledge of
    Dutch and European food law? Are you familiar with HACCP, BVP and probably IFS?

    Job description
    • Performing quality controls and quality registration;
    • Control, adaptation and validation of the product specifications;
    • Control, adjustment and validation of labels and packaging;
    • Performing internal audits and customer audits;
    • Management of the document system;
    • Responsible for IFS and BIO (Skal);
    • Management of GMP and HACCP;
    • Management of non-conformity, corrective actions and making improvement plans;
    • Management of production incidents in collaboration with the production manager;
    • Supplier management: referencing, monitoring, auditing and annual review;
    • Improve, manage and update the quality system.

    This function is performed independently in Zierikzee under the direction of the Quality Manager and/or
    R&D Manager.
