2. Case study of Hazelton International

a. Explain comprehensively about all key stakeholders of this project

- Sorongan Highway Departement (SHD) is the financing agency also the


client of this project. SHD responsible to providing counterpart staff,
ensuring that there was housing built for the expatriates, and providing fuel
and spare parts for the equipment

- Hazelton is a consulting engineering firm, basically is in the middle as it is


the supervising arm of the organization on behalf of another arm as well as
working a supervisor engineer. Hazelton was responsible for a major training
program for Sorongan engineer, mechanis, operator and administrative staff
