Sub: In principle Approval for procurement of the plastic ware for BPP (By
Product Plant) Lab of NSL on Open tender enquiry.

Ref: 1. Mecon Letter No.: 452, Dated- 25/04/2023

The proposal is for obtaining the in principle approval of C/A for the
procurement of plastic ware as mentioned below:

The items will be installed at: BPP Laboratory of NSL

Requirement Justification: These plastic wares are required to

analyzed various parameter for By-product plant operation.

Estimated value of indent: Rs. 99,557.78

Mode of tender with Justification: Open Tender.

Inspection & Acceptance criteria: Inspection based on description in

technical specification after receiving material at site, any deviation or
damage found during will be brought to the notice of supplier for
replacement.

Delivery Schedule: 3 – 4 weeks.

The respective budgetary offers along with communications (C/30 – 41),

Material Indent (C/ 3 – 5), Technical Specifications (C/ 6 – 7), Philosophy
(C/8 – 9), Consumption Statement (C/10 – 11), Comparative statement (C/
12 – 13) and Calculation Sheets from all the firm (C/ 14 – 22) etc. are
placed opposite in the file.

Mecon IRC and have already reviewed the case and the reports of the IRC
committees are placed at C/2.

User department has also reviewed the requirement and found the indent
in order.

Defect Liability clause:

The proposed consumable/spare will not be used in defect liability period.

In case of usage in defect liability period the same maybe dealt as per
defect liability clause no. 30 of GCC."

In view of the above the proposal for procurement of Essential Lab ware at
an estimated value of Rs. 99,557.78 on open tender enquiry as per DoP
Clause no. S.No.1 Section B Page 2 of 25 is submitted for in principle
approval of C/A please.
