Subject: Vacationing with family in Langkawi

Dear Hisham,

Hi! How are you? I hope you are well. I would like to share my vacation experience with my family
in Langkawi. I was in Langkawi last week on 19 December 2022. When we arrived there, our family
stayed at a homestay called Roommate Studio to rest and pack things. After that, we went to a popular
restaurant in Langkawi, Nasi Daging Pak Malau. We tried the main menu which is Nasi Dagang Gulai
Ayam Kampung.

After eating, we went to a popular place in Langkawi, DATARAN LANG, which is a landmark of Langkawi
and also an attraction for domestic and foreign tourists. While there, there was an incident where we
saw an internationally famous artist, Jay Chou, walking around the area in such a covered outfit that the
fans didn't recognize him. after that we reprimanded and took pictures told to open the face cover and
other fans saw him crowding to take a selfie. After that, I went to the Paradise Craft store to buy
souvenirs such as Chocolate and Keychain. this was a very fun vacation. I hope you can go here with me
one day.

As the Company Secretary, I have been informed by the Vice Manager to hold a meeting on 18
September 2023 on Sunday next week. The meeting will be held at Level 7 Humanities Hall for 3 hours.
This meeting was held to discuss the future of ABC Sdn Bhd and preparation for the economic crisis.

In the meeting, we will discuss and make preliminary plans for the company in the next 5 years to
ensure that the company is on the right track and take early action when the world economy worsens.
In addition, we will discuss effective marketing methods to expand the company throughout Malaysia.
Employees need to be prepared to bring all the documents that have been told before in the meeting
later and employees are asked to wear formal and neat clothes. Workers should come earlier than the
appointed time to avoid problems and congestion.
