Binding Agent Spreading

STREUMASTER binding agent spreaders are suitable both for spreading large quantities
of binding agents during soil stabilization and for spreading small quantities of binding
agents with maximum precision during cold recycling.
The TC series of binding agent spreaders are available as single-axle and tandem trailers
and can be towed by tractors with an engine output of either approx. 130 kW / 180 PS
or approx. 180 KW / 250 PS (for single-axle or tandem trailers, respectively).
The MC series of mobile binding agent spreaders are mounted on a carrier vehicle and
are therefore perfect for use in difficult off-road conditions.
With a spreading width of 2,360 mm, the models in the TC and MC series are capable of
spreading quantities of up to 60 l / m2.
In combination with products from the WIRTGEN GROUP, STREUMASTER binding agent
spreaders cover the complete cycle in road construction and earthworks.

Container / Chassis

Container including a lockable tailgate

Basic storage compartment (not available with the option compressor)

Pneumatic high-speed filling device (R4” in size) that enables filling from
both sides with a connection coupling, a stone sieve and a sampling valve

Ventilation pipe and a pressure relief valve integrated into the container

Sensor-controlled chain conveyor made of drop-forged chain links and

transport strips, 900 mm wide conveyor tunnel, OptiPower chain drive
system with automatic load control

Two transverse augers used to transfer the binder to the cellular wheels

Auxiliary frame produced especially for the particular carrier vehicle

Binder spreader without carrier vehicle

Drive System / Control System / On-Board Computer

Signal tone indicates the container filling level (“almost full” and “full”)

Innovative machine control system for monitoring and controlling

the binding agent spreader. It enables the pre-selected spreading
quantity (in kg / m²) to be spread with high accuracy, regardless of the
travel speed. The binding agent spreader is operated using an Isobus
operating terminal OPUS A8 with a 12” color display mounted in the
operator’s cabin.

Closed on-board hydraulic with integrated hydraulic oil cooling

Design without truck parameter setting for the truck’s power take-off

Drive via truck power take-off
