AFFIDAVIT
I, THELMA M. VILLANUEVA of legal age, married and a resident of Billiard Drive, Baliwasan, Zamboanga
City by virtue of a Special Power of Attorney given to me by Spouses Santiago M. Rodriguez and Ester M.
Rodriguez hereby depose and state, that:

1. Santiago M. Rodriguez, of legal age married to Ester M. Rodriguez are the registered owner of the
parcel of land (Lot 66-A-2-I-6-B) of the subd, plan, PSD-09-056660 situated in brgy. of Caragasan, City of
Zamboanga.

2. It appears there is a memorandum of encumbrances per entry no. 2019005811 dated September 12,
2019 which annotation has been copied from cancelled TCT no. T-147,676 was carry over to Transfer
Certificate of Title no. 129-2019004155 providing a perpetual easement of right of way;

3. From the time it was subdivided its adjacent lot have already provided the said road right of way;

4. That I hereby request to remove the said annotation covering the said lot on it succeeding issuance of
title.

5. That I executed this Affidavit to attest the truth I mentioned herein and for whatever legal purpose it
may serve.
