 The pictures showed a creek, and a water pipe that supply to people living besides the area, the
Protected Area staff is also observed a threatened species tree that is called white Lauan ( Shorea
contorta), there are some tree fells that cause by strong wind.
 The P.A staff of Cenro-imelda conducted patrolling within the Buug Natural Biotic Area
(BuNBA) the Team notice some tree trunk split by the cause of strong wind and saw numerous ratan
species located at Poblacion Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay.

Staff of Protected Area conducted patrolling within the vicinities of Buug Natural Biotic Area
(BuNBA), they observed clean water flowing along the creeks, rivers which is one of the source or supply
to the rice field which is located at Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay.
 The Protected Area staff conducted
patrolling within the vicinities of Buug Natural
Biotic Area (BuNBA), they witnessed cultivated
forest planted Mahogany and Para rubber plantation
within Multiple Use Zone (MUZ) located at Bliss,
Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay.
 The Protected Area’s staff conducted patrolling within the Buug Natural Biotic Area (BuNBA)
they notice the lot owners planted Banana (Musa acuminata) and Guava (Psidium guajava) within
Multiple Use Zone (MUZ) located at Bliss Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay.

(BuNBA), they witnessed clean water flowing along the creeks, rivers and cultivated forest planted
Mahogany and Para rubber plantation within Multiple Use Zone (MUZ) located at Basalem, Buug,
Zamboanga Sibugay.
 The Protected Area’s staff conducted patrolling within the vicinities of Buug Natural Biotic Area
(BuNBA), they witnessed cultivated forest planted Mahogany and Para rubber plantation within Multiple
Use Zone (MUZ) located at Bulaan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay.

The undersigned respectfully submitted herewith the accomplishment report on patrolling within
the vicinities of Buug Natural Biotic Area (BuNBA) specifically portion of Barangays Poblacion, Bliss,
Labrador, Pling, Guintuloan, Talairan, Basalem, and Bulaan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay with a total
route distance of 41.67 kilometers.

Please be informed further that the conduct of the aforementioned activity, the Team had
observed the area with bountiful natural resources such as the Flora and Fauna, clean water flowing along
the creeks, rivers that supplies to the rice field. Obviously, the Protected Area serves as the habitat for
living organisms, thus, continuous protection and proper management shall be maintained. Herewith
attached geotagged photos, and maps for your reference.
