Question: What are the Risk, Threats and Opportunities that can come along with the Sedas bold expansion?

Based on my understanding when the Sedas hotel Rising, and soon they will expand their service in other
places of the Philippines, there are risks, threats, and opportunities that can come along with the Sedas
expansion. First, the risk that comes along with the Sedas bold expansion is that sometimes when a brand
expands so fast, the brand name of the hotel identity and the values of the hotel names may get diluted
because rate dilution has continually plagued the hotel industry; it provides a temporary fix to increase
occupancy and sometimes increases market share of Sedas bold expansions. However, it also has the
potential to incur long-term damage to a property and its reputation among consumers. The new people
coming in with their different experiences and orientations, and the cultures where the hotel established itself
in which part of the Philippines. The Sedas hotel has reduced the barriers of hierarchy, empowering our staff
to make decisions at the customer contact point. But we had foreseen this risk from the beginning and
endeavored to create specific training courses to ensure our core values would be the first thing to be
instilled in our people. Our focus is now in the Philippines, in locations where it makes sense to plant our
flag. As our presence is felt in the provinces, people become more aware of the Seda brand. In the past
decades, there has also been a threat of Sedas expansion. Once a new employee is fully immersed in our
culture and ready to embrace it, we proceed with the technical training to improve their skills. The
opportunity of the Ayala Land hotels, along with the Sedas expansion, is that they produce a lot of talent
from within, and the direction is to continue to grow and develop internal talent. It is very rewarding to see
your people grow, which encourages you to take an active role in their professional development to help
them achieve their full potential. Because there are numerous opportunities coming up because of the
company’s expansion. And F&B, as every hotel would like to have a culinary showcase to complement its
