to explain how you will reflect on and evaluate
your work, as both an ongoing activity and at
the conclusion of the project.

You should describe how you intend to

record your decision-making and how you
will document changes to your ideas as the
project progresses. The evaluation section
should reference your stated aims and

description of actions completed.

When working in collaboration with others,

either positively or adversely and outline the
steps you can take to minimise disruption to

Project action plan and timetable:

This section provides you with an opportunity

to outline your planning and organisation

planning your project, the more successful it is
likely to be.

It is important that you consider how you will

balance ambition, time and realism in the
realisation of the project. You should also
include what you are going to do, how you
will do it and by when. Remember to include:
time spent sourcing materials and other
resources to conduct research, feedback from
tutors and peers, and when you will carry out
independent study.

Bibliography (Harvard Format):

This section provides an opportunity to record

the initial research sources, both primary and
secondary, that you intend to use.

Your sources of research should be as wide

as possible and could include libraries,
galleries, books, magazines, films, computer
games, websites, blogs, social media, radio
programmes, archive material etc. Where
appropriate, you should use the Harvard
system of referencing. The bibliography should
be continuously updated as the
project progresses.

Project Title
The Figure

Section 1: Rationale
(approx. 100 words)
My project is going to be a horror movie following some of the regular tropes of
a horror movie. But I also want to avoid some of the more obvious tropes to try
and make it less predictable compared to some horror movies. I plan to take
inspiration for the figure from images of sleep paralysis demons as I think that
they look scary and will fit well into my film. I plan to use visual effects to
recreate the figure after filming and take a template from a green screen video
to base it off.

Section 2: Project
Concept my idea is to create a psychological horror movie using visual effects to create
(approx. 200 words)
a scary monster that will be able to build tension throughout the film and then
scare people that the climax of the film. I will do this by subtly hinting to things
dotted in the background of the shots and in the audio that I use which will
gradually get louder as the film progresses. I will also use CGI from a green
screen that I will film then track the outline of the person that I'm green
screening to give an accurate and to scale figure that I can use for the
monster. i would also like to track on some white eyes to make the being
seem other worldly and more scary to the audience.

Section 3: Evaluation
(approx. 50 words) Overall i think that the project will be challenging but it think that I will be able
to do it within the time and be able to make the monster look scary and use
sound effects to create tension along with the shots that i will use.
