before the deadline on July 25, 2023. Failure to register may result in SIM card deactivation,
causing delays in reporting on the RADar application and hindering its smooth operation.

In compliance with the provisions of Philippine Republic Act Pta. 11934, also lmcFim as the
" SIM Card Law+" which requires the registration Of SIM cards before activation, the Disaster
Risk Reduction and Management Service (DRRMS) hereby i`equests all DRRM Iriformation
System {DRRMIS} users to resister their SIM cards.

It is imperative that all eristing SIM card subscribers comply with the law by registering
their §IM cards within one h:undred eighty (180} days I.ron the act's effectivity to avoid
automatic deactivatien. The official registration pelfrod concluded on April 26, 2023, and
the Department of lnforlnation and Communications Technology may extend it for a
maximum of one hundred twenty {120) days.

Therefore, we urge you to take :imlnediate action to ensure that your SIM cards are
registered before the deadline on July 25, 2023. Failure to register may result in SIM card
deactivation, causing delays in reporting on the RADaR application and hindering its
smctoth operation.
