l. The Division of Cebu Province announces the Ranking of Applicants for Promotion to

Teacher II and Teacher IH in the Elementary, Junior High School, and Senior High School

levels for SchooI Year 2024-2025. The existing rarlk list for Teacher II/Teacher III will expire

On May 31, 2O24/Friday, the last day of the SchooI Year 2023-2O24.

2. The criteria in the selection of apPlicants for promotion are contained in DepED Order

No. 66, S.20O7 (Please see the enclosure/attachment).

4. Applicants who do not meet the minimum quali魚cation standards set for血e vacant

POSitions are automatically disqualified to advance in the screening process・

5. App止cants sha11 prepare only one (1) folder containing pertinent documents which are

Cer舶ed true copies of血e original documents・ Applicants are required to bring the original

documents upon submission of血e application.

6. Applicants for promotion must have at least one (1) complete RPMS cycle with at least a

Very Satisfactory (VS) or Outstanding rating ofthe present position before he/she can apply

for the next higher position. Howeverl for an applicant to have a high score or rating in

the performance category or componentタthe performance ratings for the last three
(3) schooI or範scal years must be submitted.

7. Per血Ient documents for promotion sha皿be submitted directly to the District O鯖ce,

(Please see the schedule of activities in q.separate sheet). Late submission is stric廿y NOT
ALLOWED.

8. District sub-Selection committees sha11 assess the documents submitted and rate the

Teacher III separating the elementary and secondary applicants. The PSDSs shall
