A REACTION PAPER ABOUT BLENDED LEARNING

The state of education is changing rapidly, and the rise of technology in the
21st century and the widespread integration of these technologies into society,
coupled with access to the Internet, has radically transformed education in just a
few years. .. Our children and future generations are already growing in a world of
rapidly changing human civilization, a society and world where smartphones and
tablets are widespread and affordable, replacing most computers and laptops. The
rapidly changing landscape should indicate the need to evolve teaching methods in
order to adapt to the times and integrate integrated technology into learning
modality. It's time for these technologies to continue to be integrated into our
society and to accept them for the benefit they bring.

Blended learning is a natural evolution due to e-learning, increased access to


online resources, and the ongoing need for human components in the learning
experience. The blended learning approach ensures that learners engage and
promote their individual learning experiences. This approach addresses the
individual needs of the learner, as most students have their own learning style and
the mixed approach is more likely to meet those needs than traditional classroom
teaching experience. Is also useful.

All students, regardless of age, learn differently. Teaching methods need to


reflect this by designing the curriculum to reach the learners of sight, hearing, and
movement equally. Strong integration of technology can improve education,
information storage, involvement, responsibility and enjoyment. Students do not
exceed their learning style. In short, blended learning is more important than ever,
whether in any industry, from schools to businesses.
