NARRATIVE REPORT ON MKTM99

THIRD WEEK

On my third week of practicum I was given a task that is good

for one week. The task given to me is to alphabetically arrange
the “Automated Customer Risk Assessment” or what they
called ACRA. Documents start from January to December of
the year 2022. It is a lot of papers because it is a record of the
banks daily transaction. It also includes all the new account
made every day. Every modified accounts documents are also
included in ACRA.

At my first day of doing the ACRA, I was assisted by one of the

officers on what am I going to do with the documents. She
taught me that it would be easy for me if I separate each first
letter of the customers surname. After I separate them, then I
can arranged them properly. The next day, I did the task all by
myself.

While doing the task I realized that working in here is not a

easy job. I am amazed by how they could do this while doing
the operation ongoing inside the bank.

Thankfully, I finished the task given to me before the end of the

shift at friday.
