ENGLISH TASK

1. I will tell you that work I did at the forest service office of UPTD KPHP BA.

The first day I entered, I was not immediately given a job but coordinated with the chief
of forestry staff of UPTD KPHP BA.
The second day I was given a job like checking a performance agreement.
The next day I was given the task of searching the official travel archive.
The next day I delivered a letter invitation the disaster warning ceremony to KASI
Protection.
The second week on the first day I was given an assignment stamp proof of payment,
previously I was given instructions in advance where I should stamp and how.
The next day I checked the employee salary list in microsoft excel.
The next day I was given the task of making employee SPT reports online. But before
doing so I was given instructions, after that I then started to do it then printed.
The next day I did the same job as yesterday.
The next day I didn’t work because it was Friday. But, do voluntary work in the office
environment.
Third sunday of the first day I was given the task of writing outgoing letters to the exit
agenda book.
The next day I was given the task of making employee SPT report online again. Because
the previow week the work that wasn’t finished yet.
The next day I printed the staffing structure.
The next day I was given the task of writing outgoing letters to the exit agenda book.
The next day Ithe work I did was sorting out area inventory cards. The way sorting out is
equalize the item number.
The next day as usual I didn’t work because it was friday. But, do voluntary work in the
office environment.
In the first week of february on Monday I still made the employee SPT report online.
The next day I made SKP then printed it.
The next day I make a list of procurement years 2018 - 2019.
That’s some of the work that I do at the office.

2. I was given an assignment by a mentor to do the work and I finished it in about a week

3. My impression when I first entered the forestry office UPTD KPHP BA. I feel happy
because this is my first time working while studying in an official office. Here I get new
lesson, new experiences that I didn’t get at school and new friends from other classes
which follow internship in this office. One month has passed until early february I do
activities as usual.
