MY DAILY JOURNAL

DAY 1
March 27, 2023
I wake up early in the morning and I came early in Bayugan Achievers Multi-
Purpose Cooperative (BAMPCO). I feel nervous because it’s my first day of OJT. The
manager of Bayugan Achievers Multi-Purpose Cooperative Mrs. Grace Ostique
interviewed us first and then she introduce us to the other staff’s. She orient us what are
the do’s and dont’s. On our first day were given task to identify the account title if they
are Assets, Liabilities or Equity, we finish our task. Then after Mrs. Ostique give us
another task, we need to answer the Statement Of Financial Position but Mrs. Ostique
said that it’s okay if we can’t finish it because we can finish it in another day. Around
5pm we didn’t finish the task so we decided to finish it by the other day, and then we go
home.

DAY 2
March 28, 2023
In my second day of OJT, we’re continue our task that didn’t finish on our first day
because of not enough time. We feel headachy because we we’re confused how to do it,
because what was taught in school was different. So we ask for help from our college
colleague who also an OJT if they knew how but they forget, they just said that they did
the same thing we do. We haven’t finish what was given to us, we were given something
new to do. But not having enough time we didn’t finish our task.

DAY 3
March 29,2023
In my third day of OJT, we continue the task yesterday and we finally finished it.
After that we pass it on Mrs. Ostique and she said ‘good job’ and then she said that we
should relax for the next task. We observe our college colleagues are doing, what and
how if what they are doing is difficult. But the manager called us and ask who among us
knew how to print so I raised my hand and Ms. Rowela assisted me she arrange the
papers I prints. After that it’s already five o’clock in the afternoon we went home.

DAY 4
March 30, 2023
In my fourth day of OJT, we continued to print because we had a lot more to print
and after a few hours we ran out of bond paper so we stopped. We saw our other
colleagues were taking inventory, so we helped because we were not doing anything
yet. Then there was a bond paper but first we were given a snack before we went back
to printing. It’s already time, we haven’t finished the printing yet, but Mrs. Ostique said
that we should finish it tomorrow, so we went home.
 DAY 5
March 31,2023
In my fifth day of OJT, we continued to print until the afternoon and it was finally
finished. They punched it first, then arranged it and put in a folder. Then at five in the
afternoon we went home.

DAY 6
April 3, 2023
On my sixth day of OJT, we were not given any work because Mrs. Ostique was
busy. But Ms. Elena one of our college colleagues said that we should help them
because we are not doing anything so we help. I helped Mr. Plongplong in what he was
doing but before I helped, I first asked him how to do what he was doing, then I also
learned how, it was easy so I just ended the day.

DAY 7
April 4, 2023
Seventh day of OJT, I’m not doing anything because I finished Mr. Plongplong’s
work yesterday. Because the three of us , Ms. Princess, Mr. Plongplong, and I, we’re not
doing anything, Mr. Edel took us with him at the public market shopping for lunch for the
Board Directors of the cooperative. Then I listened to what they were talking about even
though I was not a member. After that it’s already 5pm we went home.

DAY 8
April 5, 2023
We only have a half day today because there is no duty late because it is a
holiday. Mrs. Ostique didn’t give any tasks so I just helped Mr. Elena with what she was
doing, because she didn’t know how to balance the ledger so I thaught her how. Then
she knew that’s why she didn’t ask me to help anymore so I just let her. She was just
asking if she was having a trouble. It’s already twelve o’clock, we went home.
 DAY 9
April 11, 2023
On this day, Mrs. Ostique gave us a tasks like we did on April 4, TR and OR to
write if the name spelled wrong and also if the amount was wrong. That’s easy, so I
finished it in one day because there were three of us doing it. It’s time to go home so we
go home.

DAY 10
April 12, 2023
Today is I didn't do much because I finished yesterday the task that Mrs.
Ostique gave us. Besides Mrs. Ostique didn’t give us any task because she was busy so
we just slept for a while.

DAY 11
April 13, 2023
Today is only half day. I helped Mrs. Elena in what she was doing so that she
wouldn't have too much trouble because Mrs. Ostique the manager didn't give me any
work. I looked at the ledger and she checked if the amount I said was correct. After a
few hours, she was confused so we took turns with me checking and her looking at the
ledger. And it's over. I'm not doing anything anymore so I reviewed what Ms.Daisy was
doing and I saw something that hasn't been highlighted yet so she said I should highlight
it. After some time it was time to go home so we said goodbye to the manager and the
staffs. And Mrs. Ostique the manager said we will be back tomorrow for the interview for
the ratings and that's we said goodbye.
