My 10 Days Experience in
EMMERSION

Day 1
the first day of our immersion at EGCS
we got into it right away, it's very nice
to teach the children even if they are
naughty but even if they are naughty
they are very easy to teach it's scary
because the teacher is not there so the
principal decided that we will teach
first we went immediately we all
helped each other in one section, after
we played with the children so they
could enjoy themselves, we played
very happily because we could see the
joy in their eyes even though it only
happened once, knowing that it would
happen again.

Day 2
It's our second day and it's still embarrassing
because we don't know the people around us
very well. We cleaned behind the classroom. It
was embarrassing because when we were in
elementary school, what we did was the only
difference. that garden now because when the
students come they are playing immediately the
children are playing more and more picking
leaves and the bell has come it's just nice to hear
that the children are starting to study again they
are very easy to understand they are very easy
to learn everything as long as we will explain it
to them in the afternoon and we will clean up
together and after that we will go home.

Day 3
third day at seven in the morning on Wednesday as usual we cleaned
outside again I took the children to clean the back of the classroom and
I left someone to clean inside the classroom it was very easy for the
children to clean but it was difficult for them to move because they
don't know what they're going to do but they're still doing it they know
what they're going to do but they're still doing it even though they
don't do it well it's tiring hehe

We went inside the classroom because mom rang the bell and she was
reading English every time but they were discussing it again and again,
they were still struggling to spell it, nothing else happened as long as I
know I'm sleepy but very nice.

Day 4
there is no school in the morning, so this
afternoon, when I went to the elementary school
in the afternoon, I found the street dancers
getting ready, mom nancy asked me if I knew
how to dance, I said yes, I helped the street
dancers and kept an eye on them. we helped
because they are rehearsing now they are
cleaning up their dance so they can win we also
went with the audi to fix the final

the children's dance was very good they

recovered after they practiced we picked up their
props and then we went home

Day 5
Day5 of the students' parade for the
fiesta I was very early because I was
needed to fix the children's hair we were
helping the teachers for their fight
before we left I was suddenly surprised
because I was the one they prayed for I
was nervous but it was successful well,
because I said the words to be praised
properly, you have already arrived at the
place where the parade will start, we
went with the principal, it was a shame
it was very hot but it was a beautiful
experience, it was hot again, after the
parade, we ate miki with pandesal and
went home together we're done

Day 6
For six days we went to school because we
were being asked to go but in truth we
didn't really do anything, the school just
kept an eye on us because they said there
was a visitor coming but when the teacher
came because they were going to a trade
expo in the farm we were also ordered to
be caught We have it with purple corn
flakes, it's very tasty and that's one too

the embarrassing thing happened to us

because we met our teachers in high
school haha we were eating a bag of corn
in front of them so we decided to go home
so I took my friends

Day 7
When I arrived at school in the
morning, it was back to normal
because the children had no
school for the past few days, so
when they came back, we had a
lot to clean and the children
also forgot what they had
studied, we read to them when
they arrived. at 9 am we went
to the canteen to help there
after that mam loida gave us a
snack after we finished there
we went around the whole
school to look for something

Day 8
when the eighth day came in the morning,
I was with the children who were cleaning
the back, we picked a lot of leaves and
weeded after we did the responsibility, we
entered the classroom and the children did
study, after that we went to the clinic to
able to clean and amy went to the child
because he was sick at 11am in the
morning we went to grade 6 to watch and
read after that we went home and when
the afternoon came the kids just watched

Day 9
It's our last day, I don't know if I'm going to
continue the day or not but I can't do anything, I
didn't do anything else today, I just watched the
kids and taught them math and also taught
them to read, they're not like people to teach
but The only lesson we discussed today was
that they forgot because it was just after the
vacation, so they forgot it, but it's easy to teach
them, they're good, I don't know where I'm
going to be proud of the children or myself
because I was able to teach them something,
yes I know It's very simple but I'm proud of my
self because I did what I wanted and I did it
well

Day 10
Last day was very sad and very happy. I don't
know what my reaction would be, but we
witnessed a wonderful experience. It's not easy to
guide the children, but we did it because there
was a fire drill at the school, the children were
taught how to be independent if there's a fire, we
made the most of this day because we know it's
our last as an immersionist yes we know we can
go back but that's not what we'll experience
anymore but I claim that in the future I'm one of
those who teach of the children here hehe it's not
bad to dream, the time has come to say goodbye
the headmaster reminded us not only for now but
for the future because it's not others who will reap
what we do but ourselves.

Expectatio
n

My expectations in Ernesting Gonzales Central School is not just

heavy thing, the only difference is that they have had a change,
but what I expect to experience are the troubled children, I'm
afraid because the children might be troubled but I'm already used
to it because I'm a teacher in our Church, but the Principal is
very good, he took me to nice children, they listen and learn
easily, I thought it was difficult at first but it turned out to be
easy, the children are very kind and good, I didn't expect anything
other than that, I'm just afraid that the children might be nasty,
but it turns out not to be.

Experience

I had a lot of different experiences at school that I was

satisfied and I helped. One thing is that I teach children to
read. I know that it is very easy to do, but for me it is
another success because I was able to teach the children. I also
taught them not only for their studies but also in the Word
of God, I was also able to help by joining the children's
practices in street dancing and parades, it was tiring but happy
because I saw the energetic children doing what they did when
they danced They did their best to win but they didn't get
the success they wanted but we are still proud of them, We
experienced many things that we didn't expect to happen, we
are thankful because the teachers also taught us how to reach
our dreams in order.

Lesson

I have learned a lot in school not only now but also in

the future. There is so much that I have realized as a
student. Teachers do so much for the children. They sacrifice
a lot for their work, even though it is very difficult. They
do it with all their heart even if they know it. to
themselves that they are tired, I learned that we should
appreciate our jobs and love them because it is so much
fun to teach children and we can also see in them what
they get from us, it is very nice to hear from the children
what we teach they also teach their fellow children
