    APPOINTMENT

    To WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

    By the virtue of the power vested in me as Punong Barangay of San Miguel, bani,
    Pangasinan under the provision of Republic Act No. 7160 know as the New Local
    Government Code of 1991, Chapter 5, Section 395, you are hereby appointed/designated
    and assumed your duties as Barangay MRF in-charge effective June 1, 2021.

    Done this 27th day of May, 2021 at Barangay San Miguel Bani, Pangasinan.
