The Uses:
 When the speaker has decided to do it or has already intention or plan.

A: Why did you buy this paint?


B: I am going to paint my bedroom tomorrow.

 When the speaker is making a prediction based on evidence. There is something in the present situation that
shows what will happen in the future (especially near future).
