PROJECT PROPOSAL
RIZZA GOT TALENT (RGT) - MAPEH MONTH CELEBRATION 2023

I. Introduction

These past two years, we all suffer for the effects of COVID 19, it’s been a
challenge for every aspect in our lives, specially to our learner’s mental health. This
month of February as we celebrate the MAPEH Month with the theme “ANI NG SINING
BUNGA NG GALING”, we will continue to help our learners to cultivate their talents.

The objectives of this celebration are the following:

a. To helps learners to boost friendships and build relationships with peers


through sports and dance.
b. Apply the knowledge and skills in Art.
c. Appreciate talents of learners in Music and to build them self-confidence.

I. Proponent Description

All advisers will be the coaches. The activities are open to all students of Rizza
NHS.

II. Project Description

On February 21, 2023 MAPEH Month Celebration Kick-off, on 1 st period of time


7:00-8:00 am. Every MAPEH teacher per grade level will responsible to the registration
of the participants. The implementation of the activities will be after class @ 2:00 – 3:00
in the afternoon. All Senior High School students shall be scheduled in ball games
during their vacant time.

The following activities are:

 Poster making
 Slogan Contest
 Dance Contest
 Singing contest
 Badminton
 Volleyball
 Basketball

I. Monitoring and Evaluation

The monitoring and evaluation will be assisted by the SME Coordinator Ma’am
Solane Labalan. The MAPEH Month Celebration will start on February 21, 2023.

II. Suggested Scheme

a. Financial, narrative and pictorial reports will be submitted by the proponent after the
end of the project. The reports shall be noted by the immediate school head and
supervisors.
b. Evaluation report will also be submitted.

PROJECT PROPOSAL
CREATIVE WRITING AND PAPER ARTS – An Income Generating Project

I. Introduction

In Campus Journalism Program, the pupils are being given comprehensive


inputs on writing. The knowledge, skills and values they learned can be a source of
income in order to generate funds for school activities and projects and schools
conferences, as well. For these reasons, the undersigned is motivated to conduct an
Income generating Project (IGP) entitled CREATIVE WRITING and PAPER ARTS.

The objectives of this project are the following:

a. Generate funds for the Campus Journalism Program of the school


b. Apply the knowledge and skills in writing and integration of Arts
c. Contribute in the preservation of environment
d. Appreciate the value of work

I. Proponent Description
The undersigned, Mrs. Joann M. Soria, is the proponent of this Income generating
Project which is entitled, Creative Paper Writing and Paper Arts. She is an English
teacher and a school paper adviser.

The co-proponents are the officers and members of the campus journalism club and
the school principal.

II. Project Description

Creative Paper Writing and Paper Arts is an Income generating Project of the
Campus Journalism Club at Inuman Elementary School which is under the
management of the project proponent, Mrs. Joann M. Soria and the supervision of the
school principal.

The location of the project is inside the campus of Inuman Elementary School.

The project will be maintained by the officers and members of the Campus
Journalism Club under the supervision of the project proponent and the school principal.

The paper arts outputs such as cards, bookmarks, letters, will be sold to the
pupils, parents and teachers and some will be brought to other schools for sale during
special occasions. Any amount generated from this project will be spent to purchased
materials for printing the school publication and for the expenses of the pupils during
schools press conferences in the district, division, regional and national level. The extra
savings will be deposited at the bank for future use.

III. Monitoring and Evaluation

The monitoring and evaluation will be administered by the School Principal, Dr.
Maricel R. Tortoza and by the Education Program Supervisor in English and In-charge
of Journalism. The project will start on February 7, 2019.

IV. Suggested Scheme

a. Financial, narrative and pictorial reports will be submitted by the proponent at the
end of the project. The reports shall be noted by the immediate school head and
supervisors.
b. Evaluation/Accomplishment report will also be submitted.
c. GPTA officers and members will extend assistance in the procurement of materials
and supplies.
