Read the situations below carefully and complete ALL the tasks in your own
words. Answer each question in 120 – 150 words.

QUESTION 1

You are one of the Senior Managers at Wayforward Inc. It has come to your attention
that one of your new female staff, has been facing sexual harassment from a male
senior staff on several occasions. He would stare at her suggestively and has been
following her around, paying excessive attention towards her. He also repeatedly asks
the new staff to go out on a date with him despite receiving rejections from her. What
would you do to stop this behavior? Justify your answer and provide one possible
implication if this problem is not addressed immediately.

QUESTION 2

There has been a significant drop in the number of Covid 19 cases in Malaysia recently.
Consequently, your company has instructed all employees to work from the office
starting January 2022. As the Head of Department of Safety First Sdn Bhd, you are
responsible for ensuring that your staff are fully vaccinated before returning to the office.
However, it has come to your attention that some of your staff have refused to be
vaccinated. What would you do to solve this issue? Justify your answer and provide one
possible implication if this problem is not addressed immediately.

QUESTION 3

Henry is a hardworking executive officer at Techtalk Corp. and is usually given more
tasks to complete than his other colleagues by the Head of Department. Most of the
time, he is made to do work that is outside of his job description. As a result, he misses
deadlines on his own projects. As Henry’s’ colleague, what would you do to help him
stop this issue from continuously happening? Justify your answer and provide one
possible implication if this problem is not addressed immediately.
