Asssalamualaikum wr.

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen
I know that every one of you must’ve go study right? and now imagined this,
you woke up late when you have to go to school, the bell rings at 7.30 but you
woke up at 7.15 and it tooks you 10 minutes to walk yourself there. What will you
do? rushing yourself to take a bath? Or just changing your clothes as fast as you
can? I think point number 2 will be you guys fastest choise right? This afternoon i
would like to tell you guys or inform about 3 reasons why we have to take a bath
before goin to school. to start with ill explain about why not taking a bath can
make your body felt and look filthy then, ill mention the how disturbing it is to
other and after that ill explain how it would be a sign of disrespect if you havent
take a bath when going to school. Finally ill summarize my presentation.

The first reason why not taking a bath can make your body felt and look
filthy because natural oils on the skin can accumulate and cause acne-causing
bacteria to grow excessively so if theres some dirt or dead skin stick to your body
they can also accumulate and clog pores causing acne. Apart from acne, another
health effect of not bathing that you can also experience is a recurrence of eczema.
According to Dr. Khetarpals, red, itchy and dry patches of eczema are more likely
to recur if the skin is not clean. So, for those of you with eczema, it is important to
take a shower every day to remove allergens and bacteria. Next in the human body,
there are about thousands of types of bacteria and dozens of types of fungi. Most of
these microbes are good for you, as they help fight harmful germs and viruses.
However, soap helps these good bacteria by eliminating the bad bacteria for them.
When you rarely take a shower, imagine how many bacteria and germs stuck to
your body that you get every time you touch your cell phone, door handle and
toilet seat. These bacteria can eventually move from your hands to your eyes, nose
and mouth. As a result, the health impact of rarely bathing that you can feel is that
you are susceptible to infection.

Now I’d like to move on to how disturbing it is to others if we did not take a
bath before going to school, first of all disclamer everybody has their own body
odor especially from the armpits and its actually a normal thing and can vary and
there is no particular smell that is unique. This arises from several factors, namely:
Apocrine skin glands: Scent-producing glands. Apocrine glands in the armpits can
be a source of odor, as can those around the groin. Eccrine glands: These glands
are all over the body but secrete in the armpits where they produce fluid. When we
sweat, bacteria and other microorganisms become moist, giving rise to an
unpleasant odor. And the best way to reduce body odor is to keep your body clean.
Examples bathing every day Clean the armpits with antibacterial soap to help
minimize bacteria on the skin that react with sweat as a trigger.

Next let me describe how it would be such a disrespectful thing to others

when you did not take a shower is because when the other person looks neat and
smells good, it's a sign that he respects us as his interlocutor but when the other
person looks rundown and smelly it could be a sign that his looking down at us as
his interlocutor, especially if we talk to our teacher and our body smells bad it
could disturb our teacher and make school work difficult.

In conclusion as a student we have to take a shower first before going to

school to avoid unwanted odor. Therefore let's think again for the sake of comfort
together and to aboid some unpleasent experiece in our live. Dont forget that
cleanliness is a part of worship
Thank you for your attention
