Description:

• The 12 Blocker combines the thinking of the Components of Variation Analysis (Cv Analysis) as well as
ABC analysis to set product based inventory strategy and understand the root causes of inventory and
which product are disrupting the system.

The 12 Blocker provides:


• Visibility to which products are driving high days of supply and/or have low delivery performance
• A way to optimize inventory across the value stream
• More detailed level of decision making around control systems for materials replenishment
• Visibility to low sales SKUs and multi-generational products and the need for more aggressive
portfolio management
