ARE FOR?

Fuente:

We use the there is and there are when we refer the existence or presence of someone
or something.

king.

Read the letter

Hello, friend.

I am going to tell you about the things that I like and the
things that I don’t like.

My favorite day of the week is Saturday. I love Saturdays!

I get up late in the morning, I have a shower and I have
my favorite breakfast: I am crazy for waffles and natural
orange juice.

My favorite season is spring. I really like to write poems

and stories about spring. In spring I have lots of free time,
so I like to go dancing with my friends! Spring is sunny
and fresh, I love that!

I really don’t like cooking, but I love having a delicious

home-made meal! My partner is a very good cook. He
cooks meat very well – grilled fish, roasted lamb and roas-
ted chicken. I love him. Fuente:

I don’t like shopping much, but I adore shopping for books. When I shop for books, I buy
English and Spanish books. I also buy magazines, about art, and travel mostly. I detest comic
books.

I’m not a fan of sports. I prefer dancing or going for walks. You see, I don’t like sports much.
Well, I like watching the Olympic Games. I love that! But I hate sweating!!

Those are things that I like and dislike.

What about you?
