UPGRADE, we follow the below steps-

1 – Take details of the existing customer

2- There is a field to enter new premium amount where we enter updated premium amount and
transmit the details to the backend system

If the customer wants to upgrade or downgrade the policy according to their concern first have to select
the sum insured.

3 - After transmitting accordingly premium will update in the database.

The same updated amount gets deducted from the CBS while next scheduled renewal.
