SUMMARY OF PROPOSED PROJECT (MAXIMUM 300 WORDS)

Over the past year, the health issues of Pakistan is increasing and alarming, all these health issues
are now forwarding towards creating new diseases which are very difficult to be treated mainly
because of finances, economic conditions, lack of advancement and the most important which is not
having the complete information about the diseases who are causing death.
There isn’t any such development in the health sector for bonding patients and doctors to cure the
disease and prevent them from uprising again. Therefore, for bringing an advancement in the health
sector, we are creating a health app, which will provide information about the names of diseases due
to which mostly people are dying, and this will help our nation to decrease the death crude rate in a
great matter for sure.

PROJECT OBJECTIVE(S)/OUTCOMES
We are creating a health webapp, which will provide information about the names of diseases due to which
mostly people are suffering, and this will help our nation to decrease the death crude rate in a great matter for
sure. This report is mainly developed for the Hospital Management team. In this team there are the project
manager/admin, developer, Researchers, Tester and documentation writer and the user of the project also.
This project mainly focuses on the following objectives:
Develop a system that helps the hospitals to provide their services in an efficient manner and to regularly alarm
their patients about the medicines and treatments they need to take in order to get cured. Also regularly collects
and correlates data for hospitals and government sectors, which are related to the health industry helping them
to find out an efficient way to decrease the crude death rate.
Utilize data mining techniques to find useful data from the database records, filtering out useful data from the
whole data we have collected in our database.
Provide a user-friendly graphical user interface and building a system that will give efficient results which
would matter.

 Profiling: User will maintain his dashboard along with profile picture, attribute as patient

 Patient Information: Patient will create its own profile by registering itself on system.
