Motivation:
The teacher will show pictures or videos of past weather disturbances in the country.
- Discuss the importance of understanding weather disturbances and their effects on daily life.
Activity:
- Divide students into groups and assign each group a specific weather disturbance (e.g. typhoon,
thunderstorm, tornado, etc.).
- Role-playing activity where students act out scenarios during different weather disturbances and
practice safety measures.

- Ask students to identify the patterns they observed among the different weather disturbances.
- Discuss the factors that contribute to characterize weather disturbances in the Philippines and describe
their effects on daily life.
