1. What's the purpose behind the business? Why do you want to start the company?
- We started this business because my partner owns a Gummy, chocolate, and Vape
manufacturing facility in San Diego, California. My partner owns brands such as
(fullsendgummies.com) which has been produced out of the same facility as STIFFIES.
- We launched Stiffies after seeing an increase in demand to spice up a couples sex life without
having to do it the traditional way.

2. What are the mission and vision of your company (if any)?
- Stiffies mission is to become an innovative company to the health and wellness industry and
eventually becoming profitable enough to focus on giving back to foundations like Men’s
Testicular Cancer, ETC.
- Developing a non profit foundation.

3. What gives your brand a competitive advantage? What makes your brand different from
your competitors?
- We own our own manufacturing plant which allows us to produce 1.2 Million gummies a day at
scale. We can create any mold/shape for gummies and chocolates.
- We have an advantage of marketing on social media by having obtained relationships with
account representatives at all social media platforms such ads: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,
and twitter.

- Stiffies business model Is Direct to Consumer (B2C). We focus on improving the direct
customers experience when assisting them with understanding an alternative way to increase
their libido and sex drives. Introducing them to new products such as Sexual Vapes, Mints, and
alternative fun products we can produce within our facility to be an innovative wellness company
to society.

- Stiffies will focus on Internet sales, internet partnerships, influence marketing, strategic brand
placement universally (podcast partnerships). Also, conquering the smoke shop / convenient
store demographic distribution nationally. Focusing on both US and EU/AUS distribution.
Stiffies would also like to entertain non profit organizational partnerships in the near future to

give back to certain cancer foundations to increase brand exposure behind the scenes. (Men’s
testicular health foundation).

- Becoming a profitable entity within the first year of launch. Stiffies is interested in funneling
company profits into international real estate projects and provide philanthropic assistance to
organizations that are a like minded organization of Stiffies Board members, investors, or long
term partners.

does your organization solve for the targeted market?

- We help solve the unspoken reality of sexual embarrassment and create a lucrative respectful
way for people to be able to build a closer bond with loved ones worldwide. Stiffies will benefit
night life, tourism, and traveling experiences globally. Our organization focuses on improving the
health and wellness industry such as: people who experience issues with erectile disfunction,
low libido, and self esteem reassurance.Targeting people that are interested in increasing their
sexual health.

9. What are your future business plans? I.e., Brand expansion, expansion of product line,
capturing the global market, or any other.

- Stiffies goal in brand expansion. Is to utilize cutting edge technology to create new product
SKU’s such as: sex enhanced vaporizers and specific cream based compounds known to
increase blood flow in the body. Stiffies is already in conversation to partner with internet/social
media based podcasts tailored to sexual health and wellness to become podcasters preferred
enhancement gummy company partner. Stiffies plans on continuously changing the gummy
molds depending on season, holidays, or events to help increase brand awareness and
conversion. Expansion wise, Stiffies plans to focus on international brand awareness in all
countries not sanctioned by the Chamber of Commerce in the United States. We plan to
distribute our product globally and split test hundreds of ad campaigns to dial in on certain
international markets like the United Kingdom, Italy, and Australia.

business in the next 5-6 years?

- Our companies business strategy is completely focused on scaling the company’s EBITA in
order to maximize the exit to a private equity firm / E- commerce Fund. We plan on doing this by
having a synergetic team listed above to help allocate funding properly and insure delivery
across the board for relationship management, digital brand awareness, and using cutting edge
technology to make Stiffies unlike any of its competitors.

- We have a pricing structure of about $21.99 per unit and can range as high as $100
depending on the subscription method the consumer decides to opt in to.

- Stiffies will offer its product to audience rates from the internet (all forms of social media
marketing), heavy retail distribution across the east coast of USA and international markets
listed above. Stiffies goal is to become the preferred gummy provider for all sexual health and
wellness applications that serve a purpose on the IOS app store and in person media controlling
communities.

- Competitors: Tabs Chocolate and Blue Chew are Stiffies largest competitors. We will compete
in the market place with these brands by potentially turning Stiffies into a Telehealth company to
be able to ideally prescribe a customer a viagra compounded product.

2. Please describe your major strength and weakness.

- Stiffies strengths are within relationships at all major social media platforms, having a
Telehealth company owner as our manufacturer for our brand, and being able to be rapidly
globalized faster than any other brand on the market.
- Stiffies weaknesses: Not having the correct funding capital to allocate all company ideas and
partnership structured that need a financial push to become successful.

- Stiffies legal team is comprised of 3 attorneys in (Los Angeles, California) (Chicago, Illinois)
and (Manhattan, New York). Within our legal team, all contracts, brand partnerships, affiliate
marketing, and exit strategies, will all have to be cleared by legal to proceed with such
endeavor.

2. What risks are involved in your business, i.e., financial and management risks? How do
you plan to overcome these risks involved?

- There are no legal risks this brand is liable for receiving backlash on because all ingredients
being sold online and globally will be 100% legal herbal compounds consumed by regular
people daily. We have legal letters of opinions for any retail, social media company, or brand
ambassador agency to understand what they’re marketing and how it will affect their audiences.

3. What are the exit strategies for your business? (if any)

- Exit strategy is to build the valuation of Stiffies to a point where the brand is generating over
$2,000,000 a year in profit, so that we can maximize our exit to a private equity firm or company
in the sex space to essentially give them the rights to our data and sell the company.
