Dear Ma’am/Sir,

Greetings! It is our desire for you to have a day filled with blessings.
We are Gordon College Bachelor of Arts in Communication first year students. As part
of our class requirement in the National Service Training Program (NSTP), we will be
conducting an event entitled "Beyond Media: Sharpening the Sword of truth; Fighting against
the Lies of the 21st Century". We will be having a seminar regarding fake news and
misinformation. A poster making contest and a tableau contest. This program aims to combat
misinformation, showcase artistry, and promote friendship and camaraderie.
In line with this, we are humbly asking for your support for this event. We are expecting
50-60 youth as participants. We would greatly appreciate donations such as water, food pax,
monetary donations for the prizes, or any other materials that would be beneficial for this event.
The event will be held on April 20, at Olongapo City National High School, from 10:00
AM to 2:00 PM.
