I. Preliminaries
a. Attendance Checking
Ms. Racacho, yours truly, checked the attendance of each SCEB- COP
member who was present in face-to-face meeting. Thirty one members were
present and six members were not around the meeting.
b. Opening Prayer
To seek divine providence for the third SCEB-COP meeting, a prayer was
led by Mr. Klein Mamayabay, LPT, MAED, the club moderator of the SCEB-COP.

AGENDA:
II. Business of the Day
a. 75th Founding Anniversary
 September 10, 2023 (Sunday)
 The first day of the foundation week will be starting with the
Grand Alumni Homecoming sponsored by the SMCTI
Alumni Association.
 Every start of the day for the whole week of SMCTI's Founding
Anniversary, a Holy Eucharistic Mass will be held in the
Mother Ignacia Gym.
 The SCEB-COP are not oblige to go in that day since there are
no huge tasks assigned to them.
 September 11, 2023 (Monday)
 Releasing of stubs will start this day. Hence, the people who
are in-charge with the stubs shall be in the school premises 7

 Since the BED is the sponsor for the Eucharistic Mass, they
will be the one who will be using the Mother Ignacia
Gymnasium while the tertiary education students will be
utilizing the volleyball court wherein projectors will be
provided for them.
 Following the Eucharistic Mass will be the school parade then
the opening remarks of Sister Ma. Marilou Madronero, the
School President for her opening remarks which will be divided
into three parts.
 Opening Salvo by the Marianayaw will be the next part of the
program then the community dance.
 After that, the SCEB-COP will be designing the stage in the
volleyball court for the modern dance and singing competitions
during the afternoon.
 Sister Malou invited 20 booths for
 September 12, 2023 (Tuesday)
 There will be still releasing of stubs for both morning and
afternoon.
 The volleyball court will be the waiting or standby area of
the participants for the Festival of Dances.
 There are assigned SCEB-COP members to be the road
managers of the said event.
 1st station for the street dance will be in front of the college
of law; 2nd station: in front of OSA and lastly the 3rd station
will be in front of the acacia tree near the guidance office.
 After the festival of dances is the battle of the bands which
will be held in the JHS field.
 September 13, 2023 (Wednesday)
 A Eucharistic Mass will be held in the morning that is
sponsored by the (HSDA/CHSDA).
 Since 9:30-11:30 AM is vacant, it was decided by the body to
the add parlor games that will add more enjoyment for the
students. The games and the facilitators will be the following:
- Hola Hoop Game (Duayan, Alegarbes, Aldeano,
Lagura)

 For the dodgeball game, the program who still has lots of
members left after two minutes will be the winning team.
 September 14, 2023 (Thursday
 For the last day, there will be an invited guest singer who will
be singing three songs.
 Ms. Hannah from the Tourism Management Program will also
be singing the “Iba Talaga Ang Marianista”.

b. Other Matters
 The SCEB-COP will be having a photo booth during the foundation
week. Specific details about the plan will be tackle later on.

Closing Prayer- With no further questions regarding the agenda of the day, Mr.
Mamayabay ended the meeting with a prayer.
