    - Communication: corporate culture leads o greatr participation, creativity,


    innovation.
    - Safety: employees are more mindful and engaged when performng their
    duties.
    - Collabaration: wmployees are given opportunitis to contribute, placed in
    roles in which they can succeed and offered opportunites to build
    meaningful relationshiip with managers and co-work.
    - Growth: cultres that foster employees development and growth give worker
