    Dear Sir/ Ma’am:

    Greetings!

    We are the chosen individual corresponding as the Focal Persons assigned by the
    Municipal on Social Welfare Development (MSWD) to each subordinate barangay to
    ensure compliance and performance of each Local Government Unit (LGUs).

    As newly appointed “Focals “ we still lack the funds to procure uniforms for each
    representative. Group uniforms encourage the unity of the collective and keep
    members motivated to perform better on their assigned task. This, in turn, increases the
    enthusiasm and the desire to thrive in their job. When every member wears the same
    colour and motif, it instils unity among the group and enhances their confidence.

    Relative to this, we appeal to you humbly for any financial support to defray expenses
    for our collective uniforms and are hopeful that this solicitation will meet your
    consideration.
