2.1 The system will enable salespersons to create a customer offer
2.2 The system will enable managers to record approval of a customer offer.
2.3 The system will enable managent process delivery to customer support track time

(customer have to create account and with one person only one account)
3 Customer Management
3.1 Storage Information customer: Name, Address, Number phone, gmail, habits and
history buy good
3.2 Customer classification: Classify customers based on priority and frequency of
purchases to have an appropriate approach. For example: VIP customers, regular
customers, new customers, etc
3.3 the customer will enable access to view history buy and track the customer's

4 Employee management
4.1 Employee information management: The system can store personal information of
employees, including name, address, phone number, email, position, and their work
history.
4.2 Salary and bonus management: The system can calculate salaries and bonuses for
employees based on their position, hours worked, and other factors.

number of hours worked and salary based on this information.
4.4 Performance evaluation management: The system can evaluate employee performance

-Customers can see their order history during all day
- The system includes all available safeguards from viruses,
worms, Trojan horses, etc.
- Personal information is protected in compliance with the
Data Protection Act.
