100-150kg/h Laundry Soap Line
Laundry soap is an important goods in our daily life, so produce laundry soap is the dream of a
lot people, our 100-150kg/h laundry soap line is designed to solve this problem for the people
who want to start produce laundry soap. As starter a small capacity laundry soap line can save
money on the investment and test market by the soap bar produced.
This 100-150kg/h laundry soap line use soap noodle as raw material, it can produce soap bar
with fatty acid from 40-80%, can the final size, shape and weight of soap can be changed from

the automatic printing and cutting machine.

The whole process include:
-- Mixer to mixing the soap noodle, pigment, perfume and other kind of raw material evenly
-- Three roller mill to milling the soap material finely
-- The double layer single screw vacuum plodder to press the soap material to bar soap
-- The automatic printing and cutting machine print logo and cut bar soap to the size you want
-- The conveyors to transfer the soap materials
The whole laundry soap line is easy to operate and labor saving, only need 3-4 people can operate the production line
The machines are designed saving electricity, each hour only consume 17kw.h electricity
During the process do not need too much water, only one cube meter water recycling to cooling the machine
To install a 100-150kg/h laundry soap line only need 150 square meters, this will be enough for put the machines, workers working place
and storage raw material and final soap.
