FUNCTIONS OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL CHART

1. GENERAL MANAGER/ PROJECT DIRECTOR


-Responsible for leading a team of project managers, which can also include
contractors, sub-contractors, graphic designers, network engineers and other
staff that are essential to the project.
-Responsible for the successful conclusion of the project by providing
leadership, strategically managing risk, and monitoring finances.

2. PROJECT MANAGER
- Oversees the entire project and ensures its successful completion. 
- Responsible for coordination and communication among various teams and
stakeholders. 

3. PLANNING MANAGER
-Monitors a department or project's budget, inventory, and production
schedule. 
-Maintains optimally efficient inventory of production materials.
-Creates planning studies and generates reports about new programs, plans,
and regulations.
-Prepares proposals and site plans in conformance with codes and local and
national regulations.

4. FINANCE MANAGER
-Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets.
-Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk.
-Analyzing market trends and competitors.
5. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
-Plans and schedules for construction activities. 
-Ensures compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. 
-Includes construction workers, electrician, and supervisors.

6. Health, Safety, and Environment(HSE) MANAGER


-Develops and implements health, safety, and environmental policies and
procedures.
- Safety Officers 
     - Promote a safe work environment and enforce safety regulations. 
     - Conduct safety training and audits. 

7. QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER


-Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing

guidance.
-Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or
rejecting the final products.

8. COST CONTROL MANAGER


- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment. 
     - Monitor project expenses and provide cost control analysis. 

9. LOGISTIC MANAGER
-Coordinates the transportation and delivery of materials and equipment to the
construction site. 
     - Oversees inventory management and warehousing activities. 
10. PROJECT ENGINEER
-ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS AND ARCHITECTS
- Provide the electrical design of the cafe , including wires, conductors,
insulators, and grounding. 
- Conduct engineering studies and simulations to optimize the line's
performance. 

-STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS
- Design and analyze the structural integrity of transmission towers and
foundations. 
- Ensure compliance with safety and structural codes and standards. 

-UTILITIES ENGINEER
-Complete maintenance on: dry wall and painting; minor electrical and ballast
replacement; light carpentry and plumbing.
-Maintain all lighting for entire the complex as well as the fountains,
equipment and all other electrical applications.
