of the students in developing their full potential in music, arts,
theater and dance.

For the long-term effect of this Kumpas Performing Arts program, the
proponent shall involve stakeholders like LGU Officials, parents and
other benefactors to support the student’s development in Music, arts
and dance that promote the talents and self-confidence of the students
to be prepared in different talent competitions.
