 The purpose of this SOP is to give in detail instructions and procedure to Supervisor &
operator on how to stuff the material in pre-defined packaging strategy.

2. Scope
This document provides outlines of responsible person to carry out how the material is
handled and stuffed Followed by , handover of Dunnage’s & FLC, Checklist of parts,
consolidation, Packing, Stuffing and Final Handover to TML.

4. Procedure
All the procedure in points
4.1 Day wise Activities :-

a. Reporting to TML daily by 9.30 Am

b. Co-ordination with APLL Stakeholders
c. Daily Opening & Closing Stock of Assets (Dunnages & FLCs)
d. Stock keeping of dunnage material & allocation of dunnage
e. Circulation of Stock report on daily basis
f. Co-ordination with Despatch cell Mr. Ajit Jagtap SPOC for collection of parts
g. PDI of FLC
h. Handover of Dunnage’s & FLCs as per the requirement and maintain the record for the
same.
i. Monitoring of packaging process.
j. Monitoring the loading of FLC & Dunnage & unloading of FLC & Dunnage
k. Daily record in Register MIS Book.
l. Daily Assets & Dispatch report to be circulate with Manifest Trip sheet report per
dispatch
m. Acknowledgement on Tripsheet report with TML (Sign & Stamp)
n. Co-ordination with APLL stakeholders for outbound & inbound shipment
o. Monitoring and keeping the track of parts allocation to FLC Box
p. Update the asset tracker (eLite App)

4.3 Collection & Receiving of Parts:-

i. Head, Crankshaft & Block will be available from the Despatch cell.
(SPOC : Ajit Jagtap & Sadanand)

ii. Ensure the Qty. before collecting the parts and note down the receiving
Qty. for record purpose.

4.4 Handover of Dunnages & FLCs to TML as per the requirement and take a proper
record of this on MIS

4.5 Stuffing of Parts in to Primary package VCI.

4.6 Stuffing of Parts in to FLC Box:-

4.7 Labeling & Stickering of Dispatch List on FLC Box

4.8 Handover all the Parts to TML and take the Acknowledgement

4.9 Manifest Tripsheet Preparation & Acknowledgment of TML with Seal & Signature
to tally all the Assets at the receiver end

 4.10 Update the asset tracker by Scanning the Barcode Pasted on the FLC with the help of
the Scanner.

4.11 Maintaining the manual entry Log book per dispatch

4.12 Sending the Daily dispatch report to APLL stakeholder (Inbound & Outbound)

4.13 Process Complete.
