1 Management
ZN Construction Team will manage vessel clearance procedure.
2 Management System
Podio will be the management system for vessel clearance procedure.

4 Requirements
▪ All vessel to work in ZN Project shall have Vessel Inspection Close-Out Report in place
before obtain Vessel Clearance Certificate. Vessel Inspection Procedure see ZNWF-
INS-ZNP-GL-0014.
▪ The Contractor shall provide SOPEP equipment list to ZN Construction Team and ZN
MCC.
▪ If a CTV is to work in ZN OCS, the Contractor shall proceed push-on test in the OCS and
provide measurement of air gap between bow fender and boat landing. See CTV and
Boat Landing in Marine Coordination Plan (ZNWF-INS-ZNP-GL-0002).
▪ Offshore personnel shall complete registration and induction on Seaplanner. Induction
link will be sent by the MC. Personnel Induction Flowchart see Annex 4 in Marine
Coordination Plan (ZNWF-INS-ZNP-GL-0002).
