1. Dismantling components
2. Put tag number/marks on each engine parts & components after dismantling.
3. Visual inspection and identify the broken and or damaged and or worn out parts.
4. Make Inspection & finding report
5. Make Recommendation
6. All engine part & components shall be protected by oil/grease & wrapping after dismantling and clean up and then
stored for further process.

CONCLUSION :

1. Based on finding, inspection internal/external parts and components should be to replaced with new one and
repaired (machining), therefore this engine unit for general overhaul.
