INCENTIVES FOR SERVICE EXCELLENCE (PRAISE)
S. Y. 2020-2021

1. BEST CLASS ADVISER

A. This search is for the four Class Advisers.


B. The search will be conducted on the last week of June 2021.
C. Certificate of Recognition will be given to the winner.
D. The criteria to be used in the selection process is prepared by the School Head and PRAISE Coordinator.

2. BEST PERFORMING TEACHER

A. This search is open for all the teachers.


B. The search will be conducted on the last week of June 2021.
C. Certificate of Recognition will be given to the winner.
D. The criteria to be used in the selection process is based on the one issued by the Division Office.

3. On-the-Spot Award

A. This award will be given to any teacher who had


1. a noteworthy contribution to a project/ activity;
2. exemplified behavior by being the most punctual in coming to school, always present, and active in
supporting school endeavors; and
3. acted selflessly to a certain situation to the extent of risking one’s life.

4. Students with Exemplary Behavior / Performance


A. This search is open for all the students from grade 7 to grade 10.
B. The search will be conducted on the last week of June 2021.
C. The teachers will nominate top three students per grade level.
D. The basis for nomination is the performance and behavior of the students from first to fourth quarter.
E. Certificate of Recognition will be given to the winner per grade level.

- Able to lead the members of a team to do assigned task willingly.

- To be rated by credible raters of the nominees’ choice.
