Maintenance Scope:
- Period: 23 April 2023 – 31 January 2026
c. Non-Functional Requirements:
- 24x7 support within 4 hours response time
- Corrective Maintenance 12 tickets
- Minor Change request 2 tickets
- 4x Visit for preventative Maintenance Service at Jakarta area
- Do remote/onsite preventive maintenance
- Phone Response Time: within 1 hour
- Email Response time: within 4 hours
- HW troubleshooting & problem isolation
- Normality condition and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) report
- Escalation and RMA coordination with principal for unit replacement
- Preventive maintenance report including collect equipment status, summarize trouble
and inquiry tickets, and present results.
- Including Transportation fee for Jabodetabek only
