I would like to confirm that the holder of this letter has been offered a position to commence employment with Abtran.

Abtran is a business process outsource provider, specialising in the delivery of services on behalf of a number of clients
across Ireland and the United Kingdom.

Our offices operate in the following locations:

Blackrock Business Park, Bessboro Road, Mahon, Cork IDA Business Park, Model Farm Road, Cork
Fort Gary, Finisklin, Sligo
Maynooth Business Campus, Maynooth, Co. Kildare

As per the Government’s announcement on Monday 19th October 2020, the service provided by Abtran on behalf of
our Clients, it is necessary for the continued provision of an essential service in the context of current Covid-19
restrictions.

This letter holder is due to commence employment with Abtran and is required to attend for work in order to continue
with the provision of the aforementioned essential service. This employee is currently working to provide support to
other Abtran employees who are working on behalf of our client(s) which are deemed essential services, including
Electric Ireland, Irish Water, Pobal, Irish Life Health, RSA and Green Network Energy.

We would request that the holder of this letter is permitted to travel to their office location.
