TPA Portal Enhancement – Client Reporting Feature

Effective March 10, 2022, the TPA Portal will include a feature for TPA’s to export their client
payment report.

The client payment report will include:


• Passport Agency Name
• Client Code
• Client Name
• Fiscal Year
• Annual Budget
• Amount Spent
• Amount In Progress
• Amount Remaining
• % of Amount Spent
• Admin Amount
• Admin Amount Spent
• Admin Amount Remaining
• % of Admin Amount Spent

The Client Payment Report is updated each day at 12:00am. Invoices submitting during the day
will not show on the Client Payment Report until the next day.

Instructions to Export Client Payment Report

1) Select ‘Reports’.

2) Select ‘Client Payment Report’.


3) In the fiscal year dropdown tab, select one or multiple fiscal years.

4) Select ‘Generate Report’. Once ‘Generate Report’ is selected, the report will open in an
excel document.

5) Each column can be filtered to show only required information by selecting the
dropdown arrow in each column. One or multiple columns can be sorted to provide a
user with a report which meets their specific criteria. *If a user attempts to use
‘Generate Report’ to export a report with more than 200 line items, line 201 of the
report will inform the user that there are more than 200 line items and inform them to
use the ‘Generate Background Report’ feature.
Instructions to Generate a Background Report
If a client payment report has more than 200 line items per fiscal year, the TPA User will need
to generate a background report.
1) On the ‘Client Payments Reports’ page, select ‘Generate Background Report’.

2) A pending job ID will be created for this report. The report will be available for
download within 5 minutes depending on the size of the report.

3) To check if the background report is available for download, the TPA user can click
‘Refresh’ on the ‘Client Payment Reports’ page.
4) Once the status of the report is complete, select ‘Download’.

5) Each column can be filtered to show only required information by selecting the
dropdown arrow in each column. One or multiple columns can be sorted to provide a
user with a report which meets their specific criteria.
