CONTACT AGREEMENT

This is to inform the general public and whom it may concern that DIRECTOR
Christian Kaigler, A filmmaker has a binding agreement and shall mean
lululemon athletica Canada inc. and lululemon USA inc., each direct and
indirect subsidiary of the Company and any other entities identified,
including joint ventures and franchises, in which the Company has agree to
work with Director Matt Nelson for our new release athletic apparel and
accessories for 2023/2024.

The company sells its products both through company-owned stores as well as
its e-commerce website and app. At the end of FQ3, it has 623 stores in North
America, Asia, Europe, and Australia. It also derives some sales through other
channels such as outlets, temporary locations, and wholesale accounts.

LULU has an in-house team of researchers, scientists, engineers, and designers

to help design and create its products. It does not own any manufacturing
facilities and relies on vendors primarily in Asia.

The company also offers an interactive workout platform through Lululemon

studio (Mirror),.

BASICS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. THE TOTAL PAY FOR THE JOB IS $6500.00

2. AN ADVANCE/BOOKING PAYMENT OF $1000.00 MUST BE FORWARDED BEFORE THE

SHOOT DATE.

3. A BALANCE OF $ 5,000 WILL BE PAID TO YOU IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE

COMPLETION OF THE SHOOT.

4 Kaigler BRAND OWNS 100% RIGHT FOR THE USAGE OF THE ANY OF YOUR
EQUIPMENT CUSTOMIZED WITH YOUR NAME FOR THE DURATION OF THE SHOOT.
VIDEOS AND PHOTOS WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU AFTER THE COMPLETION OF
YOUR JOB AND YOU WILL BE DULY CREDITED.

5 LOCATION/VENUE, EVENT WILL HOLD IN A RENTED STUDIO, AN ARRANGEMENT WILL

BE MADE FOR A SUITABLE STUDIO AND THE DETAILS WILL BE CONVEYED TO YOU
BEFORE THE SHOOTING DATES WHICH IS RIGHT AFTER RECEIVING YOUR EQUIPMENT
FROM THE STORE MANAGER.

6 PHOTOGRAHPHER MAY ATTEND THE SHOOT WITH BODYGUARDS, FRIENDS OR FAMILY

MEMBERS OF THEIR CHOICE AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A RELEASE FORM TO FILL AT
THE VENUE OF THE SHOOT JUST BEFORE IT COMMENCES.

7 A MOOD BOARD WITH THE THEME OF THE EVENT WILL BE SENT TO YOU A
WEEK BEFORE THE SHOOT.

8 A PROJECT SUPERVISOR WILL BE ATTACHED TO YOU, HE/SHE WILL SCHEDULE THE

STUDIO BOOKING WITH THE CREW MEMBERS AND WILL CONTACT YOU ON HOW TO
RECEIVE YOUR EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES, PPE AND CUSTOMIZED WEAR FROM THE
STORE MANAGER/WARDROBE SPECIALIST AND YOU MUST FOLLOW HIS/HER
INSTRUCTION.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement embodies the entire understanding of the involved parties here
and prior representation or arrangements are hereby void.

with Kaigler BRAND for the PHOTOGRAPHER
contract for the shoot/videos/commercial pieces for the duration of the
shoot and I will be paid the balance immediately after the end of the shoot.
