    In December of 2010, Safran-MBD transferred the BSCU and TPMS product lines from Safran in Everett, WA, to
    Sagem in Grand Prairie, TX. Delta has endured the pain of this throughout 2011. We have seen delays in parts
    deliveries, increased TAT across all product lines, miscommunications when parts are sent to France from Texas,
    and poor overall supplier performance from Sagem.

    Delta is working with Airbus, Sagem, and MBD on addressing these issues; however, progress remains painfully
    slow.
