1. The system will consist of a Robotic platform with a payload of day/ night enabled
stabalised cameras and one or more Ground Control Stations (GCS). The robotic platform to be
designed will be based on the Mars Rover chassis with a capability to negotiate debris/ stairs and
undulated ground with a gradient/ slope of 24 0 to 45 0 . The payload will consist of one or more
stabalised day/ night camera/ cameras with a 360 degree field of view. An additional camera will be
provided to the driver of the robotic platform. Communication (video feed and control system)
between the robotic platform and the GCS will be through a custom built communication system
capable of transmission through at least 02 x double brick walls upto 100m. Details of the
