Terms & Conditions

Accommodation & Food:
1. Pageant management will provide A/C accommodation to the delegate in a good, rated
hotel with all required amenities, and delegate will have no objection to it.
2. Hotel rooms will be provided on double or triple share basis as per the room
3. Management will provide all the meals as per the schedule mentioned below:
Morning breakfast (8am – 10am)- Fixed menu with Indian and American Breakfast with Egg.
Lunch (1pm – 2pm) – Fixed plate system meal with chicken and salad at event venue.
Evening Tea (4:30pm) – Indian Masala Tea with biscuit/cookies
Dinner (7:30pm- 8:30pm) – Dinner at room service/buffet.
(During heritage travel local food will be arranged as per availability).
4. Beyond the fixed menu if you order any food/drink/room service then you must pay by
yourself.
5. Delegates are not allowed to visit other delegate room at any reason.
6. Except pageant president and vice-president, no other persons like, National Directors,
Choreographer, Photographer, Event head, Relatives, Friends, Family members, Event team
members, Sponsors, make up, Production team or judges, are not allowed in delegates
room.
7. For any meeting with anyone, delegate need to use hotel reception or cafeteria area.
8. Smoking is allowed in the hotel room without disturbing another roommate.
9. No alcohol is allowed during the event. Except the party time.
10. Your valuable belongings are your responsibility.
11. You need to keep your room key safe with you or with your roommate.
12. For any kind of damage in the room during the stay, delegate will be responsible to pay
to the hotel.
13. Delegate Need to check out on 4th December, Monday at 11:30 AM morning.
If delegate want to continue the room, then they shall pay to the hotel.
14. Consumption or carry any kind of illegal / Prohibited substance/
Chemical/Drugs/Product will lead to immediate termination from the pageant and law of
land will be applicable. Talenticaa as organization/ Associate/ Partners/ Vendors will not be
responsible.
Travel
1. Delegate must keep the passport and visa safe with them.
2. Airport pickup timing 22nd Nov, Wednesday & 23rd Nov, Thursday (Morning 10am –
Night 10pm) from Airport.
3. Event management team will be available to escort you from airport to hotel.
4. If delegate arrive before or after the time given by management then pageant
management will arrange a CAB for the delegate.
5. All the local travel will be organized in travel bus.
6. Delegates need to pay their fare for their personal travel.
7. Airport Drop timing 4th Dec, Monday & 5th Dec, Tuesday (Morning 10am – Night
10pm) to International Airport.
8. Delegates need to share their ticket details well in advance for smooth operation of
pickup and drop.

Culture of India
1. India is a Hindu majority country with ancient tradition and believes. It’s a birthplace
of 4 religion like Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism and Sikhism. Many Indians are
practicing Islam and Christianity. Delegates are requested to be respectful to everyone
and enjoy the culture of India.
2. Dress modestly in public. Wear appropriate cloth in all your public appearance. Indians
are quite modern yet traditional in mindset.
3. During the month of Nov & Dec temperatures are between 12*C to 24*C. You will
experience warm day and cold night. So kindly bring light jackets with you.
4. Delegates are required to avoid any kind of racial comments to others, as it will lead
to disqualification from the pageant.
5. No beef, Pork or mutton will be served in any meal as its prohibited in most of the
places in India.

Judging and scoring

1. Delegates are advised to be part of every activity as our judges will give score in
every preliminary rounds.

Audience Votes During Finale 10%
Pageant president Vote 20%
Total 100%
Note: Final score will be disclosed to all the delegate after the finale.
2. Delegate must try to get maximum online votes from his followers in his country.
Voting line will open on 1st October for one week only.
3. Subtitles like best photogenic or best physique will be depends on the preliminary
judges/sponsors decisions.
4. Subtitle winners will be announced during the grand finale.
 5. During the grand finale judges panel will give score as per the on-stage performance.
6. During the finale all the audience will vote for their top 3 favorite contestants by
online mobile voting.
7. Pageant president will cast his votes based on delegates behavior, style, personality,
and personal interview.
8. Judges’ decisions will be the final decision & delegates will accept the result
gracefully, without asking any questions or argument.
9. Delegates shall be happy for the winners and support him by heart.

Event rules and regulations

1. Management will provide hair and makeup support during the Photoshoot, Fashion
show and Grand Finale.
2. Make up team will assist the delegate to wear the national costumes.
3. For any special kind of make up for the National Costume Round is possible after the
approval from management.
4. No makeup or hair styling for other preliminary rounds like talent, social, Fitness,
tour etc.
5. Designer outfit will be provided for India Heritage Fashion Show.
6. Swimwear will be provided by the pageant for the swimwear round.
7. Models need to carry their regular medicine, protein, and vitamins.
8. Gym and saloon service will not be provided during the event.
9. Delegates need to take care of their laundry.
10. Bring sufficient cloths with you for 10 days comfortable stay.
11. Do not bring any valuable items like gold or silver. Management will not be
responsible for any loss or damage.
12. Delegates must carry the e-copy COVID 19 vaccination certificate.
13. Delegates are not allowed to give any interview or appearance during the event
without the necessary permission.
14. Delegate shall bring 2 gifts for the “Gift Exchange Round”. One for other delegate
and other for the pageant president. Gift should not be expensive.

General Rules & regulation

1. Be punctual and attentive to all the activity and preliminary.
2. Consider other delegates as opponent not an enemy, so be nice to everyone and
help each other.
3. Keep your baggage limited so you can travel well.
4. If you are under any medication, bring it sufficient from your country.
5. If you are allergic to any food or skin product, inform us well before you arrive.
6. You are asked to wear your sash every time when you are in public.
7. You are always required to be on time in every preliminary activity and you
should not miss any preliminary rounds.
8. You are required to behave nicely and use proper language with other
contestants, event heads, chaperons, and staff.
9. You are not allowed to SMOKE in public, DRINK ALCOHOL during the pageant.
10. You are allowed to use your cell phone only in your hotel room in privacy, not
during the event or pre rounds.
 11. Mobile recording allowed only with a permission for social network post.
12. It’s not allowed for national director, Pageant coach, Photographer, Relatives,
friends into your hotel room. Even chaperon/ event director/ choreographer is
not allowed to visit any contestants room without pageant president permission.
13. Not leaving the hotel, any event activity, Venue, rehearsal at any time unless
accompanied or specifically authorized to do so by management.
14. Any misconduct or infringement of the rules will result in your immediate
disqualification from the pageant.
15. Important, do not leave any valuables unattended, management will not be
responsible for your any losses.
16. You are asked to follow and obey all the rules, regulation, Guideline, and
instructions provided by pageant president.
