Please also expect that I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport will be closed for commercial
flights at certain times to accommodate for the air travels of G20 Leaders. These flight
schedule restrictions will be notified through NOTAM (Notice to Airmen).
Private Aircraft
All private aircrafts flying in to Indonesia must obtain landing permits prior to departing for
Indonesia. The relevant airport is I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar, Bali.
Landing permits must be obtained from various government authorities through an agent
in Indonesia. This should be arranged by delegates and/or staffers in advance through their
respective private aircraft handlers. We highly recommend that you fill in the details of your
private aircraft on your B20 Summit Indonesia 2022 account.
Due to limited aircraft parking space at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, which is
designated for G20 leaders, other private aircrafts will be required to park at nearby airports.
The B20 Summit Indonesia 2022 is a high-level business summit, and as such, business
attire (business suit or long sleeve batik) is recommended. Smart casual attire is
appropriate for social events.
1. In the airport, you will find B20 Summit signages and hospitality officers to assist you.
2. For international delegates, there will be a G20/B20 special immigration lane.
3. After luggage retrieval, there will also be signages directing you to the airport
transfer shuttle to bring you to the Registration Center.
Should you need any assistance upon arrival, please stop by the B20 Summit hospitality
desk, located in the arrival hall of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport.
Your B20 Summit Badge will serve as your credentials during the B20 Summit Week, which
includes the B20 Summit Indonesia 2022 event, and should be carried at all times. The
badge is non-transferable. Please present your B20 Summit Registration Confirmation
Letter and your passport or Indonesian ID card to collect your badge at the Registration
