INTRODUCTION 
COMMUNITY AMBASSADOR
PROGRAM BY LEMON 

The Community Ambassador Program is a specially

curated program by Lemon Ideas that aims at developing
a worldwide entrepreneurial tribe for nurturing and
developing an ecosystem which would help
entrepreneurs/startups from various geographies to
support each other in co-creation and collaboration
leading to achievement of the larger goal i.e to make this
world a better place to live in for current and future
generations.
 

ELIGIBLITY
To be eligible for this program the individual has to be a
Founder or a Co- Founder of a Startup/venture and
should have been part of Lemon Ecosystem for at least 3
months. The candidates need to have strong zeal and
belief in community and readiness to contribute towards
nurturing this tribe.
SELECTION PROCESS
 
Founders/Co-founders of startups are identified during
various interactions on Lemon Platforms and are put
through a due diligence process.
On qualifying this process an invitation is sent to a
selected few to become our torch-bearers.

    ROLE & RESPONSIBLITY 
 
 
  COMMUNITY BUILDING
To build a community of Innovators, Aspiring
Entrepreneurs and Change Makers around you and to lead
it. The efforts would be towards identifying and adding
  more and line minded entrepreneurial & innovative minds
ADDED to the community over the year.

you and other Lemon Ambassadors. Ambassador would

  To co-create and support various activities / events
  conducted by Lemon ecosystem. The ambassador would
design and implement focused collaboration spaces for
the community to foster partnership and co-grow
possibilities for all.

 OUTREACH SUPPORT
 
To support various outreach activities of Lemon in their
region/institution for building referential introductions to
prospects partners like K-12 schools, colleges, business
partners, angel investors, funding institutions and other
startup up ecosystem players working in entrepreneurship
development, incubation, mentoring etc.

RAISE FUNDS
 
The ambassador would also raise the necessary funds to
undertake various activities/events for the tribe as per the
need. There would be support from LEMON to meet the
hygiene funds requirements of the community. The
predominant spirit of this role and community is gift

COMPLIMENTARY E- ADDA
MEMBERSHIP
 
  E-Adda is an elite community of Lemon where in a few
selected startups are provided paid membership for a year
  long curated program. As a Lemon ambassador you would
  be eligible for a complimentary membership which will
 
facilitate your participation in all the activities of this club.
 
PREFERENCE AT LEMON
 
  The ambassadors would get preference in various LEMON
  programs like Acceleration cohort, mentoring, training,
contest, funding demo days etc for their contribution in
the ecosystem. There would be opportunities to join
powerful internship, Entrepreneurship-in-Residence and
other talent farming programs at LEMON.
 
 
REWARDS

The ambassadors would be eligible for various rewards

and incentive towards their efforts. An appreciation
certificate, experience letter at the end of the tenure are
few of these rewards. In case where efforts or connection
result in sales/revenue for LEMON, the ambassador would
be given incentive of 5% (of the income amount) for their
efforts in closure of transaction. For role and contribution
going deeper and intensive, Ambassador would be offered

DURATION

The minimum duration of the program is of 12 months,

which may be extended to 24 months based on mutual
understanding.

 EXPECTATION & REVIEW

As part of community engagement program, Ambassador

would shoulder the responsibility of building & growing
this tribe of entrepreneurs, innovators and change makers
in their region/institution. The expectation of this role
would be as follows:

 Add min 125 members in one year of duration.

 Organize min 4 events/programs for the local

community in one year.

 Connect/onboard min 15 institution partners for

Lemon ecosystem.

There would be quarterly review of the ambassador

through submission of report to the community manager
office. The continuity of Ambassador benefits would be
subject to the performance and efforts commitment by
the ambassador.
