Dear Parents and Guardians,

Welcome back to the 2023 School Year. I have listed important information that is needed for the start of the year and Term 1.

START OF YEAR 2023

Year 7,10,11 and 12 start school on Monday 30th January.

Year 8 and 9 start school on Tuesday 31st January.

All students are expected to be in full College Summer Uniform.

Remember please use Harvey Park (Benalla Crescent) to drop off and pick up students.

The office will be open on Friday 27th January from 11am for Uniform Pick up and enquiries. Please email the College if you have
any questions prior to Friday.

ID PHOTOS

Student ID Photos will be taken on Tuesday the 31st January. All student are expected to be in their full College Summer Uniform on
that day ( no Sports Uniform for the Photos).

UNIFORM EXPECTATIONS

There is a strict uniform policy at the College. All students are expected to follow this expectation at all times. At no time should students
wear non St Andrews clothing.

Girls- No make-up or nail polish is to be worn, only 1 earning (simple stud or sleeper) on the lower lobe only, no other piercing e.g. nose,
only 1 simple ring and necklace (with a cross or Catholic Religious symbol) , hair tied back and one natural colour, and Kilt down to the
knee.

Boys- No earrings or piercings are to be worn, no extreme hairstyles and hair must be a natural colour and must not go lower than the
collar of the shirt (no mullets etc ), only 1 simple ring and necklace (with a cross or Catholic Religious symbol).

STAFF PROFESSIONAL LEARNING, TERM 1 2023

On Friday 24th February 2023, staff of St Andrews College will be involved in Professional Learning for the day. Students do not attend
school on that day.
