Working closely with the Chairs and helping the team with
the planning for the entire tenure
Responsibility of maintaining project membership records.
Project Responsibility of making Minutes of the Meetings (MOM).
Secretary Helping the Editorial team in making the Reports.
Taking updates from all the heads and maintaining a proper
flow of communication between Chairs and Heads.

Secretariat to bring out the periodic publications of the
Content Head Project.
Responsibility of creation of any write-ups requested by the
Project

Ensuring smooth flow of information of Project POP to

different Rotaract Clubs.
Club Responsibility for making a WhatsApp group with the club
coordinator organising an event
Taking daily updates from the clubs about the event.
Head
Keeping records of all the collaborating clubs.

The whole and the sole responsibility of keeping the Project

Social Media Team handles (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
YouTube, LinkedIn, Website) active.
Social Media Ensuring Timely uploading of posts, updates, and
Head information in the right format.
Expected to come up with various innovative and out of the
box ideas to further improve the social media presence and
reach of the project social media handles.

Ponytail Come up with strategies to increase the number of donors

To be the point of contact between the donor and the project
Donation chair
Avenue Head To guide the donors about the process of hair donation

Cancer To have the basic knowledge about cancer

To conduct sessions on cancer awareness
Awareness To train the team regarding cancer awareness
Head To coordinate in a mammography camp
